mail7.net follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Bulk Validation Data & Retention

When you run a bulk email check while signed in, we process your uploaded list on our servers and store the results (each address and its Valid, Not Valid or Unknown status) so you can view and download them later. The original uploaded file content is discarded as soon as the job finishes.

Bulk results are kept only for a limited retention window that depends on your plan (from 7 up to 90 days) and are then deleted automatically. You can also delete a job at any time by canceling it or removing it from your account. We never sell or share your uploaded lists.

Advertising Partners Privacy Policies

Google AdSense is our only advertising partner. Its handling of the data it collects is covered by the Google Privacy & Terms.

Ad networks use cookies, JavaScript and web beacons in the ads that appear on mail7.net. Those requests go directly from your browser to the network, so it sees your IP address and uses it to measure and personalise advertising. We have no access to or control over those cookies, and no address you check and no uploaded list is ever passed to an advertiser.
