What exactly is "an address"?
One email address you submit for checking — via single check, a bulk file, or the API. You're only charged if we return a definite Valid or Not Valid.
Am I charged for Unknown results?
No. Unknown means we couldn't verify the mailbox with confidence — often because the server blocks SMTP checks or uses a catch-all. We don't guess, and we don't bill for guesses.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — they go straight to Stripe's PCI-compliant systems.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Change or cancel your plan whenever you want from your account. No phone calls, no retention hoops.
Do I need a subscription?
